that you get to know us; after all, you will be putting your dream
in our hands!
Executive Package
We will get you organized, negotiate in your behalf and handle
all details prior to and on the day of the event. This package
is for people who are willing to do most of the preliminary vendor
selection details on their own, but want complete coverage the
week prior to and on the day of the event. The Executive Package
provides for 20 hours of Consultants Services.
Diplomat Package
This package is for people who want to do some of the vendor selection
work, but prefer additional help and guidance in negotiations with
several vendors. The Diplomat Package includes all services from the Executive Package as well as full service 9 hours coverage on the
"day of" the event. Up to twenty-seven (27) hours, of
which (2 hours) are complementary.
Ambassador Package
In addition all Services provided in The Executive and Diplomat
Packages, this package provides services that help us to do the job more
completely. The Ambassador Package gives you thirty-eight(38) hours, including port-to-port
travel time, of which three (3) hours, are complementary. This includes the original
complementary two(2)hours from the Diplomat Package, plus one (1) additional hour.
Presidential Package
This stress-free service includes all of the above, plus allows
us to "run with the ball" with any service that you choose
not to. The Presidential Package is designed especially for those who do not
have the time to deal with tedious details of planning their own
affair or for someone from out of the area, for up to fifty (50) hours,
including port-to-port travel time. This includes three (3) complementary
hours from the Ambassador Package, plus two (2) additional complementary
hours, which total five (5) complementary hours of Consultant’s
Services.
